Our People

Our Associate Pastor, Tim Blue, says there are three things you are guaranteed to find at Independent Bible Baptist Church. 1. You'll never find a more friendly church. 2. You'll always hear preaching from the Bible. 3. You'll never fall asleep during the service!

Our congregation is made up of people and families from all economic and social backgrounds. Among them are teachers, students, physicians, factory workers, nurses, sales people, plumbers, homemakers, carpenters, and more. No matter your situation, there is a place for you at our church.

Our congregation worships the Lord in the old-time way with songs from the hymnal, testimonies, special singing, "Amens," and Bible preaching. During the Sunday morning worship service, we take time to greet one another as we sing a hymn. There's plenty of hand shaking for everyone. Depending on the day, we'll sometimes shake hands all over the church for 10 minutes or more. We realize we come to church to worship God and his son, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We respect the house of the Lord and dress accordingly. Our services are led by the Spirit and meant to glorify the Saviour!
